Jacques Nazaire is a lawyer who specializes in Bankruptcy, Civil Law, and Consumer Law. Nazaire graduated from New York Law School in 1996. In 2005 he was admitted to the Georgia bar. He is currently licensed to practice in both Georgia and New York.[1][2]

Nazaire serves as local counsel for Prenda in Georgia. Although he managed several cases to successful conclusions, he ran into trouble in AF Holdings, LLC v. Patel.

Jacques Nazaire has become noted for his colorful filings full of odd and often irrelevant accusations. In one, he claimed that Judge Wright's findings should not be admitted because California has legalized gay marriage.[3] In another he accused the EFF of witness tampering and claimed that Alan Cooper was being paid to speak against John Steele and Prenda Law firm.[4]
